I had the privilege of speaking on the topic of “Next Phase Leadership”. In doing so, many from across the Oklahoma and surrounding states got to listen on my take about leading into your next chapter or next venture.
As First Responders, we are giving little to no insight on what the “other side of the gate” looks like when you decide to hang up the uniform. From that, there is no training to assist and help in that venture that is filled with fear from the unknown. In the end, we had a great discussion and much was gained from audience participation! I look forward to many more of these in the future!
